search for aircraft

This section is designed for charter brokers to search an aircraft that is suitable for them in accordance with required conditions of the air charter. Search for aircraft can be performed only when all the mandatory blanks marked with the sign * are filled out.

When you perform a search for helicopters for air charter it is possible to build a route with landing in airports, as well as in arbitrarily marked points on the map.

It is possible to specify air operators registered in the service, as a priority. The aircraft of operators noted as a priority, will appear in the top results regardless of the air charter price.

The assignment of operators to priority will be carried out only in the current search for aircraft. If you want these settings to be saved for all future searches, click on the ”Save” button. The priority of the selected operators will be saved in subsequent searches until you remove them from the priority list.

Parameters of air charter that are applied during the web form filling for the search process can be saved and posted on the Trip Market and all contacts of the charter broker who created this trip will be available for all users. For posting any trip on the Trip Market you have to mark ”Add to the Trip Market” during the form filling on the web page. Your trip will be available to all registered operators and they will be able to send you their offers. More about the Trip Market, see on the “Trip Market” web page.

According to the specified set of preferences aircraft will be displayed as the matching Empty Legs (see Empty Legs) as well as the list of aircraft that meet this set of preferences. Ranking this list of aircraft is carried out top-down in ascending order of the air charter price. The offer’s price is automatically calculated basing on the pricing components set by the operator. All offers without indication of price are displayed at the end of the search results list.

The column "Fuel stops" contains information about the number of the fuel stops only during passenger legs without number of the fuel stops during ferry legs.

The actual location of the aircraft on the date and time of every flight displays in the column ”Position” on the “Search results” web page. When the aircraft is in the home base the airport is displayed in blue font. When the aircraft is outside the home base the airport of current location is displayed in black font. The aircraft location at any time is determined according to the schedule.

You may select one or several search results, see details of selected results and send requests to air operators of the selected aircraft when you are on the “Search results” web page. Until at least one result is selected, the button “Send request” and “Details” will be displayed as inactive.

You are able to see the flight itinerary, estimated time details and air charter price on the «Details of the search results” web page.

IMPORTANT NOTE: in the “From” and “To” columns of the table “Flight itinerary” on the ”Details of the search results” web page there is displayed the actual time of take-off and landing that include the taxi time and time needed for the "fuel stop" service. The duration of the fuel stop service is 40 minutes by default. The “Flight time” column shows the flight time without taxi time and time needed for the "fuel stop" service.
